Travel agents spend numerous hours learning about all of the products that are available for our guests. I’m proud to share that I have earned my PHD with Norwegian Cruise Lines. This entailed many hours of taking classes and learning everything I can about what they offer. I’ve also had the opportunity to enjoy some of their on-board training classes.
