TIP #1 – ALWAYS carry a journal or notebook when you travel. Jot down things you would like to remember, where you are, name of the restaurant you ate in, the wine you had, someone you want to remember to acknowledge – I use these small hardcover books – I write the date I start on the front of the notebook and jot down all sorts of things.
